Dr. Rasheda Williams is a seasoned physician and visionary leader in integrative and functional medicine. As the founder and Medical Director of Nova Wellness, located at the Woods Center in Antigua, she brings over a decade of diverse clinical experience to her mission of transforming health through a more holistic, personalized approach.

Dr. Williams began her medical training in Cuba, followed by three years of intensive work across all three major hospitals in Belize. There, she also served as a General Practitioner at a private clinic that primarily supported expatriates and international visitors. Upon returning to Antigua and Barbuda, she held roles at Mount St. John’s Medical Center and later in the public health sector as a District Medical Officer, serving institutions including the national prison system.

Balancing her responsibilities in public healthcare, Dr. Williams expanded into private practice, becoming Medical Director of the Medical Surgical Floor at one of Antigua’s leading private hospitals. Her dedication to clinical excellence also led her to lecture at Antigua’s premier College of Medicine, helping to shape the next generation of medical professionals.

Nova Wellness is the culmination of Dr. Williams’ rich medical journey and deep belief in the body’s ability to heal beyond prescriptions.
